The Tailormade TT
The Experience
As one of four winners, our team was invited by Audi to customize and co-produce a Tailormade Audi TT alongside specialists from Audi, Bang & Olufsen, Georg Jensen, and Munthe + Simonsen.
An intense semester followed, featuring:

Travels to Audi HQ in Ingolstadt: Receiving guidance from some of the best car designers in the industry.

Visits to Bang & Olufsen in Struer: Collaborating closely to design custom aluminum parts, including the gear knob.

We designed the gear knob in close collaboration with the B&O production facilities in Struer.
The Team

The most rewarding part was the interaction and mentorship we received from industry experts, which enriched our collaboration and culminated in the creation of "The Tailormade Audi TT."
The car was later exhibited at the Danish Design Center in November 2006 and auctioned at Dansk Design Center on December 7, 2006.
